The San Diego Regional Water Quality Control Board has set August 7, 2017, as the deadline for agricultural producers to be in compliance with the recently adopted General Waste Discharge Requirements for Agricultural Operators. Growers can do this themselves or in a group. The San Diego County Farm Bureau carefully studied the regulations and decided to provide members in San Diego and Orange County with the option of doing this as a group.
